She acts as the central point of coordination between the team and our clients, making sure priorities are clear, tasks are moving, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Her role is to ensure clients have what they need, when they need it, while keeping projects aligned with scope, deadlines, and expectations.

She thrives on structure during the week and adventure on the weekends. She has a love for the outdoors, often hiking trails, climbing peaks, and chasing sunrises and sunsets.

When she’s not exploring nature, Anj can be found curled up with her dogs, savoring her go-to strong and creamy coffee, or unwinding with a new series. Her easygoing personality makes her approachable, while her goal-oriented mindset ensures she never loses focus.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Kim brings creative ideas to life through clean, intentional, and on-brand design. She supports our content and marketing visuals with a strong eye for detail, consistency, and layout, ensuring each asset aligns with the client’s brand and messaging.

Her role is to translate concepts into visuals that feel cohesive, polished, and engaging across platforms, supporting both visibility and brand recognition.

She has a growing interest in design. It’s something she finds both fun and rewarding, especially when she gets to see her ideas come to life.

Outside of that, she keeps things simple. She loves coffee and finds comfort in watching sitcoms during her spare time, giving her a nice balance between creativity and relaxation.

CLIENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Sarah leads our client acquisition efforts, identifying and connecting with potential clients who align with our values, services, and standards. She focuses on building relationships and ensuring every new client is a strong, mutual fit from the very beginning.

Her role is to support intentional growth by sourcing aligned opportunities, maintaining clear communication, and helping ensure that every collaboration starts with clarity and shared expectations.

She enjoys the process of discovering new opportunities and has a natural interest in people and connection.

Away from the screen, Sarah enjoys traveling, trying new food, exploring sports culture, and has a special soft spot for puppies — a mix that reflects her curiosity and energy.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Kat manages and executes social media content across platforms, ensuring each post is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with overall content strategy. She supports day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement while maintaining a clear and cohesive visual and messaging presence.

Her role is to keep content organized, published on time, and optimized for visibility, helping brands show up consistently without the daily overwhelm.

She balances creativity with structure, bringing a steady and thoughtful approach to managing content while adapting to each client’s voice and goals.

In her downtime, Kat enjoys music, movies, travel, long drives, coffee, and the beach. She balances work and motherhood as a mom of five teenage boys — a role that requires unconditional love, never-ending patience, and an endless supply of coffee.

CONTENT CREATOR AND REELS EDITOR

Ken specializes in creating content for digital platforms, supporting both long-form and short-form video with a strategic, intentional approach. His work includes content planning, topic research, scripting, filming or designing assets, and editing reels that are engaging, clear, and aligned with each client’s goals.

His role is to turn ideas into structured, scroll-stopping content that’s ready to publish, helping brands show up consistently across platforms without the overwhelm of daily creation.

He brings focus and discipline to his work, approaching content creation with patience, creativity, and attention to detail.

In his downtime, Ken practices calisthenics and tends to his bonsai collection — finding meaning in the process of building strength and nurturing living art that values progress over instant results.
